much better location than the isolated Club Med. On top of that, the views are a lot better...
It is is in fact a platform, lying on top of a 50m high pink cliff formation, and includes 1200 m of unspoilt
Pitinga beach, one of the most beautiful in Brazil. On the north sides, it looks into the valley of the
small Pitinga river, which creates a nice little lagoon where it touches the beach. The view from this
corner alone, is literally a 'million dollar view'.
Or actually - a two million dollar view! In the residential part of the Club Med project, Terravista, a
similar corner plot of 5000 sqm is being sold for $2 million! And... Terravista doesn't have a lagoon,
our view is definitely a lot more spectacular. An average plot in Terravista, 1750 sqm, with little little
or no seaview, costs $200000; and their lowest price per sqm is $66 - for plots with no view at all!
