It was built in 1997 to have the functionality of a business, yet with the purpose of housing
pastors and their wives for a relaxing retreat destination. For that reason, this building
offers the best of both worlds when it comes to business functionality, residential luxury
and a beautiful, tranquil, charming small town location with abundant natural beauty.
This unique building features nautical touches throughout as well as a fifty foot tall
lighthouse anchoring one side of the building. The offices have carpeting throughout. The
residential side has hardwood floors throughout. The first floor of the facility has twelve
foot ceilings. The second floor has eight foot ceilings. The third floor of the facility is not
yet finished and has eight foot ceilings. Every office and bedroom in the building is
